PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday.
To ensure next-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 9:00 PM.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 1-3 days, though this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Payment Requirements

Please ensure the correct payment amount is submitted.
Incorrect or underpaid amounts may lead to delays or cancellation of your order.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Do not send payments directly from exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase).
Use an external wallet (Trust Wallet, Exodus, Cake) to transfer funds to our designated wallet.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is accessible via our Telegram bot.

Delivery Information

Our Tracked 24 service aims for next-day delivery, though not guaranteed. Most packages arrive within 3 days.
Delays may arise from unscanned items, uncollected parcels, or external factors.

Product Substitutions

If an item is out of stock, Direct Dank reserves the right to substitute with a comparable product of the same price tier, especially during peak times.

Returns and Refunds

Direct Dank does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Reship Policy for Non-Delivered Orders

For tracked parcels not scanned within 14 business days of dispatch, customers qualify for a 50% reship.
A clear, continuous video is required, showing the unboxing of the sealed parcel, including contents and weight of products.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery address details.
Direct Dank is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Disputes

To address disputes regarding missing or underweight items, customers must provide a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process, showing the sealed parcel, contents, and product weights.
Failure to provide this video may result in no reship or resolution.

Policy Enforcement

Direct Dank reserves the right to blacklist any customer who does not comply with these terms and policies.
